Today’s learners are building skills in more places, and at more stages of life than ever before. This session shares how the Project Management Institute (PMI), working with Pearson’s Certiport team, created the Project Management Ready (PMR) credential to bring project management learning into high schools and community colleges around the world. Through a practical case study, presenters will show how PMR makes certification more accessible, supports skills-based learning, and helps learners see a clear path from the classroom to future career opportunities. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for connecting curriculum and assessment, scaling programs through academic partnerships, and building credentials that better reflect what learners and employers need next.
