Practice and preparatory exams are no longer an afterthought pulled together from leftover retired items. This panel explores how organizations build defensible practice products from retired content, and how AI is now opening up practice formats that were never practical to offer before, including simulated OSCEs and oral interactions. This matters more than ever as certification and licensure holders increasingly cross borders and apply to practice in new geographies, where assessment methods can differ significantly and prior exposure to these methods is hard to come by.
