As longitudinal assessment continues to gain momentum across certification programs, many organizations are no longer asking whether they should explore it, but how to build a successful, sustainable program. This session brings together leaders from three organizations at different stages of the longitudinal assessment journey. One launched its program in 2020 and has years of experience refining and evolving its approach. A second launched in 2026 and will share lessons from implementation and early operations. A third launched in 2027 and will discuss the transition from planning to launch. Through a facilitated panel discussion, presenters will explore the decisions, challenges, and lessons that shaped their programs. Participants will leave with practical insights to help design, launch, and continuously improve their own longitudinal assessment programs.
