Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming assessment. AI can now generate content, evaluate responses, provide feedback, and perform at levels comparable to highly educated professionals on some credentialing and licensure exams. As AI becomes embedded in learning and work, the assessment community must ask: what should assessment look like in the future? This interactive panel will explore how assessment may evolve over the next 1, 5, and 25 years.
