With over 20 years of experience, her expertise spans digital product development, certification innovation, and workforce transformation.Before joining IMA, Sierra served as Vice President of Certifications & Product Architecture at the Project Management Institute (PMI). There, she led major initiatives including the evolution of the PMP® certification and the launch of PMI Study Hall, a cutting-edge digital learning platform. Her contributions earned PMI recognition as a leading issuer of digital credentials by Credly. Earlier, she led global certification programs at Cisco Systems, overseeing industry-leading credentials such as CCNA and CCNP, and began her career at Citrix Education. Sierra is an active industry leader, having served as President of the Performance Testing Council. She contributes to the Space Workforce Institute and ANSI WorkCred and frequently speaks on workforce development, AI, and the future of certification.
