Ysabella Yumul is a research scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO), where she specializes in data analysis, data visualization, and consulting for a variety of clients. She has over four years of assessment development experience, ranging from conducting job analyses to overseeing exam maintenance. Ms. Yumul holds a master’s degree in industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology from the University of Maryland. She is also a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a subscriber of the Association of Test Publishers (ATP).
