Sarah Schnabel, PhD, ICE-CCP, has worked in test development and psychometrics for over 15 years, most recently as the Director of Psychometrics and Assessment at a national medical certification board. Now as an independent consult, she contributes expertise to exam development, administration, and scoring. She has served on committees with the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) developing standards for certification assessment design. Dr. Schnabel also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Illinois-Chicago, teaching a course on large-scale testing to graduate students.
