Shelby Williamson, is currently in the role as Exam Services Program Manager for the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy, where her responsibilities include SME recruitment, training, and meeting facilitation for the exam development process as it relates to the NABP's Exam Services programs. Prior to working at NABP, Shelby worked in the certification space for the fitness sector where she was responsible for NCCA accreditation compliance, exam development to include SME recruitment, content validation, meeting facilitation, and publishing. Shelby has volunteered in the credentialing space in various roles for the Institute of Credentialing Excellence on the Research & Development Fundraising Committee, Nominating Committee, ICE-CCP Job Analysis Panel, as well as being a member of I.C.E.'s Inaugural Leadership Development Program in 2022. Shelby was also a previous Board Member for Coalition for the Registration of Exercise Professionals (CREP), where she participated in projects to increase awareness and professionalism of exercise professional job roles. Shelby graduated from the University of Kansas where she received a Bachelor of Science in Education for Exercise Science and later received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana - Shreveport, as well as obtaining the ICE-CCP.
