James N. Ingrisone II, PhD, is Director of Psychometric Services at Pearson Professional Assessments, where he leads psychometric and measurement teams supporting professional certification, IT credentialing, licensure, admissions, and educator assessment programs. With more than 17 years at Pearson, he provides strategic leadership in job task analysis, assessment design, psychometric operations, standard setting, CAT and LOFT delivery models, and exam security. Dr. Ingrisone collaborates closely with technology and quality teams to develop innovative approaches that strengthen exam quality, integrity, and defensibility. He regularly presents at industry conferences and advises organizations on accreditation readiness, credentialing standards, and assessment best practices. He earned his PhD in Measurement and Statistics from Florida State University.
