Ravi Pandian is the Vice President of Operations Management at the NBME. The scope of his role includes: Vendor Management, Exam Integrity, Quality, Technical Support, Documentation and Training, Production Management and Continuous Improvement. In the past, Ravi served as the Director of Analytics for the Neuroscience Service Line at Penn Medicine, and as lead analyst for both an injury epidemiologist and health econometrician at Drexel’s School of Public Health. Ravi holds a master’s degree in mathematics from California State University, and currently resides in Havertown, PA with his wife Betsy and teenage son Isaac. His hobbies include photography, horology, and sleeping in.
