Alise Dabdoub is the Director of Product Innovation at Hogan Assessments where she leads work to improve assessments, develop AI-based products, automate research processes, and advance research in global personality science. Her background spans diversity, discrimination, occupational health, psychometrics, and quantitative methods, with expertise in test fairness, measurement invariance, and cross-language equivalency. She is currently the chair of the Industrial Organizational Division of the Association of Test Publishers.
