Amy Riker is the Vice President of Government Affairs & State Partnerships at Panorama Education, where she leads national efforts to support student success through evidence-based policy and innovation. With over two decades of experience in education, Amy has focused on reducing chronic absenteeism, addressing truancy and dropout rates, and expanding access to career and technical education. She partners with state and district leaders across the country to advance data-driven strategies that keep students engaged, on track, and prepared for life after graduation.
Amy’s dedication extends beyond her professional roles, evident in her extensive volunteer contributions to the Association of Test Publishers (ATP). She’s held multiple roles within the organization, including the Board of Directors, Education Division Leadership, EdTech and Accessibility SIG leadership, and numerous Innovation Committees.
Amy currently serves as an elected member for the NCSL Foundation for State Legislatures Board of Directors.
Amy graduated with a B.S. in Business Management before obtaining an M.A. in Education from the University of Phoenix. She currently holds an ABD status in her pursuit of a doctorate in Management from the same institution.
