Michelle Laux, CFA, serves as the Senior Head of Exam Development within the Education Division at CFA Institute, a globally recognized nonprofit organization committed to advancing education and ethical standards in the investment profession. At CFA Institute, Michelle leads the team responsible for the development of the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst® exam as well as other assessments for the organization's credentials and certificates. Under her leadership, teams of charterholders design these assessments, drawing upon their global diversity, extensive subject matter expertise, and varied employment backgrounds in the finance industry.

Prior to joining CFA Institute in 2014, Michelle amassed 27 years of experience in Private Wealth management where she specialized in overseeing investment relationships for high-net-worth individuals.
