In this sponsor session, Prometric will showcase how that same commitment to innovation is applied internally, using advanced training and assessment methods to prepare Test Center Administrators to perform at the highest level for the benefit of clients and candidates alike.
At the center of the session is Prometric’s use of virtual reality simulations to enhance an already robust global training program. These VR experiences are designed to develop and assess proficiency in critical durable skills, including empathy, communication, and problem-solving, while reinforcing the operational discipline required to protect exam security. By placing new and existing staff inside realistic, high-pressure VR scenarios, Prometric ensures that candidates are treated with respect and care, without compromising the integrity of clients’ programs.
During the session, Prometric will walk attendees through three sample scenarios drawn from real testing environments. Four client participants will then tag-team in live VR scenario participation, working collaboratively to navigate complex situations that Test Center Administrators routinely face. The interactive format allows participants to experience the decision-making process in real time, while the audience observes how different approaches influence outcomes.
To keep the session engaging and fun, audience members will be invited to vote on which team handled the scenarios most effectively. The session concludes with a discussion on how immersive assessment tools can strengthen workforce readiness, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value across diverse assessment programs.
