Name
ATP Discovery Zone - Certification Management Services: WatchR
Description

WatchR provides the next level in test security by not simply locking down candidates’ Web browsers but by locking down their entire computers. It does so through native web browsers without any downloads, installations, or admin rights on the candidates’ machines.

WatchR identifies remote desktop activity, proxy connections, virtual machines, VPN routing, automated or headless browsers, AI chatbot activity, screen-sharing, recording tools, and suspicious input patterns. It even analyzes hardware fingerprints and timing signatures to uncover emulated devices or abnormal latency patterns.

WatchR detects multiple monitors, including the use of HDMI splitters that often manifest as a single output. WatchR also monitors whether the keyboard and mouse are synchronized with the actions on the screen.

Candidates’ systems are scanned before the exam begins and must close all unauthorized applications before they connect to a proctor. Their computers are continuously scanned during the exam to prevent them from relaunching unapproved applications.
