Dr. Laura Johnson (she/her) is a Senior R&D Analyst at SIGMA Assessment Systems, where she has spent more than seven years developing and validating assessments for use in selection, leadership development, and talent management. She has supported the launch of new assessment products, French translation initiatives, and development of SIGMA’s next-generation assessment platform. Through this work, Laura helps organizations make evidence-based talent decisions with tools that are reliable, valid, and user-friendly. Laura earned her PhD in Psychology (Personality & Measurement) from Western University (Canada), where her doctoral research focused on improving the measurement of altruistic tendencies and prosocial behavior.
