Ashley Tucker is an experienced project manager with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives. She currently serves as a Project Manager at PA Education Association (PAEA) where she oversees the annual exam development cycle, ensuring the timely completion of key milestones across all PAEA assessments. She is the staff partner to a group of 70+ volunteer item writers and collaborates closely with these subject matter experts, psychometricians, and other test development specialists to ensure the development of high-quality, reliable assessment content.

Ashley has a Master’s degree in Public Health and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute.
