Jennifer is a partner in the Washington office of the global law firm Baker McKenzie. She has nearly thirty years of experience handling disputes and advising on legal strategies for a wide variety of clients, including testing programs. She is a frequent speaker on topics related to exam security and other issues of importance to the testing industry, and she has guided testing programs through litigation protecting their intellectual property from test pirates, defending their score invalidation decisions, and other bet-the-company matters. In 2019, the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation named Jennifer one of the "100 Women Who Inspire Us.
