Thais is an experience designer at heart with a passion for leading execution across multi-functional teams. She has spent the better part of the last 20 years identifying market needs and translating these needs into unforgettable experiences.

Experience design is not limited to the product itself, but rather requires bringing together the right team, building the right processes, creating the right organizational structure - all within the right culture. And this is exactly what Thais has done across different technology and education technology companies. Throughout her career, Thais has realized that solving problems is at the core of what she does and she finds joy in the challenge of identifying a market gap or a solution to a problem. Her experience ranges from evolving existing offerings to creating brand new offerings, requiring her to lead teams through a disciplined process of strategy, execution, and implementation in order to achieve desired results.

Thais recognizes the importance of teams, as strong teams have been a fundamental part of her career. She leads one now and yet finds herself part of another. Thais has led teams in five countries and appreciates the unique skillset required to build from scratch or evolve a team through change. Defining strategy through collaboration, rolling it out, making it stick, letting it motivate and inspire the team energizes Thais, and it is through this framework that she believes successful products must be delivered.
