Jamie is VP of Legal and Privacy at Learnosity, a leading organization in AI for
assessment. Jamie has worked in the assessment industry for more than ten years, prior to
which he spent six years at a leading law firm in the United Kingdom. Jamie is admitted to
practice law in New York, Connecticut, England and Wales, and Scotland. Jamie also holds
several International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) certifications in both privacy and AI (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPP/C, CIPM, CIPT, FIP and AIGP (AI Governance Professional). Jamie currently serves as co-chair of the Global AI and Privacy Compliance Subcommittee of the Association of Test Publishers Security Committee.
