Matt Turner, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and President of the Psychology Credentialing Center (PCC), which is developing the first professional certification in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology. He is also the Founder of Revolution Assessment, Management, and Consulting, where he advises organizations on certification, licensure, and high-stakes assessment programs.
With more than 20 years of experience in psychological and educational measurement, Dr. Turner has led the development of licensure examinations used across the United States, Canada, and internationally, including the first national licensing exam for mental health professionals in the United Arab Emirates.
