David Chen is a Senior Psychometrician at BOC who provides consultation to clients developing and maintaining credentialing programs. In his role, David provides clients with recommendations for industry best practices, accreditation support, and facilitates job task analysis studies, item development workshops, form validation meetings, and standard setting studies. David earned his PhD in Educational Research Methodology (ERM) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and his MS in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Maryland.
