Alyssa Rulf, Ph.D., is a bio-psychologist with over two decades of experience in large-scale test development and education/workforce development policy research. Her experience has included working for assessment vendor organizations, helping to guide clients through the test development process and collaboratively identify effective solutions that address examination program needs. Currently, Alyssa is the Senior Director of Exam Development at The Institute of Internal Auditors, applying assessment best practices to their certification programs. Alyssa has worked with federal, state, and non-profit organizations to design and implement program evaluations and technically sound certification and licensure tests.
Alyssa holds a Doctorate in Biological Psychology; a Master’s degree in Biological Psychology; and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and English, all from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
