Chief Assessments Officer with over 24 years of experience in non-profit association management, leadership, governance, strategic planning, advocacy, and assessment development. Over the course of his career, Torrey has worked in a variety of assessment development roles. Currently, he oversees an assessment program with 13 active programs, each with an initial certification exam and a structured self-assessment as part of the ARRT Continuing Qualifications Requirements (CQR), and is in the process of building a new credential program with additional new credentials on the horizon.
