With a background in project management and more than a decade of nonprofit experience, Sheronne specializes in building collaborative processes that empower SMEs and ensures exam content is developed with fairness and clarity. She has been instrumental in developing innovative approaches to training, item writing, and volunteer recognition—ensuring that SME voices remain central, even as AI and new technologies transform the testing landscape. Known for her energy, connection, and commitment to community, Sheronne brings both people-centered and process-driven strategies to her work.
