Charles Glover, Director of Exam Development at SHRM, holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is a devoted Certification/Licensure professional of over 10 years. Charles manages the exam development of the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams, in partnership with global SHRM-certified subject matter experts, to develop valid, reliable, and fair certification exams to uphold the excellence and rigor of the HR community. Charles is also a passionate researcher, analyzing exam performance metrics to increase candidate awareness around the benefits of becoming SHRM certified and the optimal preparation strategy toward earning SHRM certification. He also leads all efforts pertaining to SHRM’s annual accreditation reporting and submission processes through the Buros Center for Testing. Charles has presented at numerous industry conferences, including SIOP, ATP, I.C.E, and the SHRM Annual Conference, sharing his passion for assessment strategy and innovation utilizing AI. Charles obtained his M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and currently resides in the Shenandoah Valley region in Virginia.
