Lyndsay currently serves at the Director, Strategic Initiatives at the American Board of Emergency Medicine where she supports the development of new programs to bolster innovation in high-stakes medical certification and physician practice. She has over ten years of experience in government and non-profit leadership developing and managing multi-sector improvements in healthcare and population health. She has a passion for developing equity-focused initiatives backed by research and collaboration across a diverse range of stakeholders.  Lyndsay received her Bachelor of Arts in humanities – pre-law from Michigan State University, and she received her Master's of Public Health with a focus in social and behavioral science research from the University of Florida.
