Caitlyn is an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who has led teams through the design, development, and maintenance of over 20 credentialing programs. Her experience includes the development of knowledge-based assessments, survey development, data analysis, job task analyses, and psychometric evaluation of programs to adhere to the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) standards. Caitlyn ensures compliance with industry standards, conducts third-party accreditation evaluation on certification programs, and provides insights to enhance psychometric rigor and validity. Caitlyn has spearheaded the development of innovative assessment tools, such as situational judgement tests for the DoD, alternative methods for performing development activities across time zones and continents with subject matter experts, and collaborating with subject matter experts to find ways to elevate an assessment to meet the needs of the community. Caitlyn holds a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Radford University.
