Dr. Huertas-Baker is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of Human Resources and Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology experience. She brings extensive knowledge and experience to GSX, delivering HR and I/O Psychology strategy principles across the private sector and federal government. She has a passion for organizational development, process improvement, and talent acquisition.
As Director of Measurement, Analytics, Psychometrics, Crystal is responsible for managing, guiding and training the Solutions, Services, and Capabilities (SSC) Office staff on GSX procedures and best practices for executing technical work related to credentialing programs, assessment development, survey development and deployment, data analysis, job task analysis, and psychometric National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) standards.
Crystal is a U.S. Air Force veteran. During her time in the military, she served as a Security Forces professional performing law enforcement, investigations, and air base security. She holds a Ph.D. I/O Psychology, M.A. I/O Psychology, B.S. Criminal Justice, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
