With over two decades of experience at NBME® in Philadelphia, Margaret has led cross-functional teams to drive organizational change, strategic initiatives, and process improvements in the fields of assessment, education, and innovation. She has been instrumental in the development and launch of products such as INSIGHTS®, a dashboard that helps medical students prepare for upcoming exams, and has overseen major transitions like the implementation of remote proctoring solutions for exams. Margaret holds a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Information Economics, Management, and Policy from the University of Michigan. She is certified as a Scrum Product Owner, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, Change Management Practitioner, and Project Management Professional.
