Lenora is President of Knapp & Associates International, a consultancy that has worked with the professional credentialing community to build successful, future-ready programs for more than three decades. She has spent her career helping organizations to navigate one big question, “What’s next for credentialing?” and then collaborating with them to design and evolve their credentialing programs.

Lenora is the coauthor of 'The Business of Certification,"" named as one of “Six Books You and Your Association Need” by the American Society of Association Executives. She also authored the “Future of Certification” chapter in the last two editions of the Institute for Credentialing Excellence Handbook.

Lenora is a recipient of the I.C.E. Industry Leadership Award for Innovation in the Field of Credentialing and is frequently invited to speak on emerging trends shaping the future of professional credentialing.
