As Chief Development Officer of ATS, a member of the ATA Group, Won leads the company’s strategy, planning, and market expansion across the Americas, with a focus on offering scalable assessment solutions in strengthening ATS’s position within the global testing ecosystem. Prior to joining ATS, Won held senior leadership roles in the education and assessment industry, including serving as Managing Director of Berlitz Asia, where he drove digital transformation initiatives and market expansion efforts across the region. His earlier experience includes leading new market entry and developing innovative, workforce-oriented education programs—experience that now informs his strategic approach at ATS.
Won is a frequent speaker within the ATP community and currently serves as Head of the Asia ATP Southeast Asia Special Interest Group (SIG).
