Sarah Pelter is the Director of Measurement and Research at Inteleos, a global non-profit certification organization serving over 150,000 healthcare professionals across more than 100 countries. She leads the Psychometric Department, overseeing a team responsible for the development, analysis, and evaluation of high-stakes medical certification examinations across Inteleos's family of councils. With over two decades of experience in the non-profit sector, Sarah brings a dual lens of measurement science and organizational leadership to her work, spanning psychometric operations, test security, compliance, cross-departmental capacity building, and the integration of AI tools into credentialing workflows. She holds an M.Ed. in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment from the University of Illinois Chicago, an M.S. in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland, and a B.A. in Communication from Virginia Tech.
