Dr. Marco A. Nava, Ed.D., is an educational leader focused on strengthening school systems through credentialing, leadership development, and continuous improvement. He has led induction and certification programs for teachers and administrators in Los Angeles, supporting data-driven school improvement and instructional leadership. Dr. Nava has collaborated with Pearson on administrator assessment development, including the CalAPA, which evaluates candidates’ leadership competencies. A Fulbright Principal Exchange participant, he has also facilitated international leadership seminars in China and Chile. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California.
