Modern psychometric assessments can move beyond static profiles by delivering real-time results with dynamic benchmarking and interactive reporting. Using the case of an employee we’ll call “Donna Dunough,” this session demonstrates how personal development can be strategically aligned with organizational goals to address challenges such as disengagement and turnover. These tools empower practitioners to interpret profiles in depth, adjust benchmarks to different contexts, and convert insights into targeted actions that optimize talent, strengthen resilience, and sustain performance. The case profile draws on the MMP, an assessment grounded in a validated model encompassing 18 core performance contributors, mediated by five ring factors – leadership, industriousness, productiveness, burnout avoidance, and coachability.
