Anna Rubin is a workforce development expert with 30 years of experience helping organizations manage and grow their professional certification programs. Anna is the Sr. Manager of Cisco’s Global Certifications organization, overseeing the development and delivery of Cisco’s Associate and Professional exams. Prior to joining Cisco, she was Vice President of The Communicators, a certification consulting firm, leading organizations through the certification design process and development of education and corporate partnerships. Anna’s experience also includes directing ACT’s Washington, DC office overseeing government affairs and workforce development partnerships. She began her career working on education policy at the U.S. Department of Education. Anna is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Charlotte, NC.
