Claire is an experienced senior operations leader delivering high stakes testing on a global scale, delivering millions of tests each year around the world. She is skilled in building high performing global teams and has a keen focus on process improvement and driving efficiencies through lean, automation, off shoring and driving transformational change.
She has in depth experience of managing a global network of third party suppliers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and of secure test delivery. Claire has over 20 years' experience in the international education/ELT industry with a proven track record in operational delivery, customer experience and insight, and managing third parties. She has many years of experience in delivering change programmes, and a strong track record in successful Lean Six Sigma process improvement.
