As a product trainer at Surpass Assessment, Amy’s focus is to offer training to ensure clients can make the best use of the Surpass platform. She services training requests across our developing suite of products, plus individual processes such as Item Banking. Amy also manages Surpass Learning and has expanded the advanced courses on offer to give more in-depth training of certain areas of the product. She has a background in teaching and learning, having graduated in 2015 with a BA in Education, and worked as a Primary school teacher before seeking out new challenges and joining Surpass in 2023.
