Iain joined Oxford University Press (OUP) as the Assessment Security Lead for ELT Assessment in January 2025. In this role he is responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of OUP’s suite of English Language tests across over 500 test centres globally.

Iain comes from a security and intelligence background, having previously worked in the UK Civil Service in a variety of National Security roles, before moving to the private sector in 2022 where he built and managed the Geopolitical Intelligence function for a multinational fintech company.
