With over 25 years of experience in the e-assessment industry, I have worked across the full spectrum of digital assessment with my career having spanned roles with both large-scale and niche vendors as well as users of digital assessment technologies. This breadth of experience and working extensive internationally has given me a global perspective on the opportunities and challenges in our field.

In recent years, my work has increasingly focused on the integration of artificial intelligence within e-assessment. I believe emerging technologies like AI are poised to transform the assessment landscape, offering better, fairer, and more accessible solutions that better serve candidates and institutions alike. As CEO of the e-Assessment Association (eAA), my mission is to position our organisation as a truly global voice for the digital assessment community. I’m committed to expanding the services we offer to members and partners, and to promoting a deeper understanding of how technology can enhance the validity, reliability, and reach of assessment worldwide.
