Lisa Heyward is an experienced leader in assessment operations, with over 12 years of expertise spanning both awarding bodies and higher education institutions. Her career has taken her from grassroots operational roles to senior leadership positions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the assessment landscape.
During her time at King’s College London, Lisa successfully led the university’s transition from paper-based to digital in-person assessment—a critical transformation accelerated during the Covid-19 pandemic. She now serves as Director of Education Engagement at TEAMCo, where she leads the assessment operations team. In this role, Lisa supports universities across the sector in delivering large-scale change initiatives and scaling their assessment operations to meet evolving institutional needs.
