Jon has worked at CITB for over 18 years having held a variety of roles across the organisation. He began his career in Customer Operations, supporting a range of construction industry card schemes, before moving into the Standards Development team where he contributed to shaping industry standards. Currently, Jon serves as Product Manager within the Product Management team, leading the CITB Testing portfolio. This includes responsibility for the Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) Test — one of CITB’s largest and most widely recognised products.
