Online Presentation Agreement

I agree to give a presentation during the 2026 E-ATP Conference. As a Presenter, I grant and assign to the Association of Test Publishers ("ATP") and its agents the non-exclusive rights to record my presentation(s), during the 2026 E-ATP Conference.

E-ATP 2026 Registration Agreement

I affirm that I understand I must register and pay the published registration rate to present at the 2026 E-ATP Conference. Registration rate details are available below. I understand I must pay the published rate for my hotel, travel, and all itemized expenses to present at the 2026 E-ATP Conference.

Share Presentation

If I have a PowerPoint, I agree to share my PowerPoint presentation with all attendees once my presentation is uploaded.

Promotion

I understand that ATP and Canvas Meetings reserve the right to use my name, photography, video, and presentation title in marketing material promoting the conference and in online conference proceedings.

Distribution

I grant ATP the unlimited license to use, modify (format, not content), sell, and distribute the presentation.

Payments/Consideration

I acknowledge such grants are provided without payment or any other form of consideration.

ATP Privacy Policy

The presenter has read, understands, and accepts the ATP Privacy Policy listed below. I accept.

Reusing Presentations

I understand this Agreement does not restrict the Presenter from reusing his or her presentation.

Opinions

The Presenter may not state that ATP agrees with the opinions or the findings of the presentation.

Final Agreement

By completing this Agreement, the Presenter acknowledges that they have completely read and fully understands its contents and agrees to be bound thereby.
