Dr Victoria Clark is Commercial Director at Kaplan Assessments, where she leads global commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and market development across professional assessment, credentialing, and workforce certification. She holds a doctorate specialising in assessment and brings more than 30 years’ international experience spanning education, assessment, and large-scale system reform.

Prior to joining Kaplan Assessments, Victoria held senior leadership roles with the British Council, leading major international initiatives focused on assessment innovation, workforce readiness, and transformation. Her work specialises in authentic assessment, competency-based certification, and international assessment strategy.
