Tabetha leads Timmus with a blend of scientific rigour, empathy and practical curiosity. With a PhD in Animal Behaviour, a foundation in Psychotherapy and over two decades of consultancy experience, she specialises in uncovering lived experiences, generating robust insights, and translating data analysis into clear, strategic and actionable ways forward.

Tabetha is a Company Partner with the Market Research Society (MRS), a Fellow at The Royal Statistical Society, an associate at The University of Bristol, a member of both the Social Research Association and the Alliance for Useful Evidence. She is a Jisc associate and a registered expert for the European Union. Tabetha recently completed a foundation year in counselling and psychotherapy, and is a trustee and previous Chair of Governors for a local Primary School Academy.
