Rob is a Client Success Director at PSI, where he leads strategic account management across a portfolio of enterprise clients in professional certification and educational testing. With a focus on long-term partnership and programme growth, Rob works closely with some of the UK's leading awarding and professional bodies to design and deliver fit-for-purpose assessment solutions.

Rob has particular expertise in the implementation of remote and test centre-based programmes at scale, including the operational and consultative challenges of deploying solutions such as record and review and remotely invigilated delivery across large candidate populations. He has played a central role in shaping how organisations approach the transition to flexible, technology-enabled assessment – balancing security, integrity, and candidate experience – and is passionate about building client partnerships that drive meaningful, continuous improvement in assessment delivery.
