Mujgan Ismayilova-Akhundzada is an HR Advisor and assessment professional at “Yüksəliş” Public Union, specializing in human potential assessment, competency-based evaluation, competency model development, and leadership assessment. Her expertise covers competency-based interviews, the STAR method, assessment centers and conferences, business cases, and simulation-based tasks.
Within the “Yüksəliş” Competition, Mujgan contributes to structured evaluation processes aimed at identifying and developing high-potential professionals and future leaders in Azerbaijan. Her work includes developing competency models, preparing business cases and simulations, training and calibrating assessment experts, and preparing evaluation reports. With a strong emphasis on integrity and confidentiality, she also designs and facilitates training programs that promote ethical assessment practices and performance excellence.
Her experience also includes national-level initiatives implemented by “Yüksəliş” in cooperation with key state bodies, including the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Within these projects, Mujgan contributed to the development and delivery of assessment conferences for talents selected by these institutions, ensuring fair, evidence-based, and impactful evaluation processes that support leadership and talent development.
