Henrik von Schlanbusch is the CEO of cApStAn and founding partner of Enovate AS, a Norwegian company specializing in innovative digital learning and assessment solutions. He holds a degree in Information Science, specialized on artificial intelligence from the University of Bergen. Henrik co-founded Enovate in 2003, driven by a strong interest in the intersection of technology and learning.
Henrik has background as CEO of the Enovate spinoff company, RAYVN. RAYVN is a crisis management software solution. Under Henrik's leadership, RAYVN developed from being a startup to becoming the fastest growing crisis management platform, with customers in all parts of the world.
With over two decades of experience, Henrik is known for translating complex operational and regulatory requirements into robust digital systems. Taking over as the CEO of cApStAn from September 2026, his ambition is to further develop the company's high-value services and expand into new, promising markets with a focus on quality, innovation and the responsible use of technology, including exploring how AI can improve the quality and fairness of skills assessment.
