Learn how one assessment organization successfully leveraged broad industry collaboration to execute a complex, multi-phase practice analysis for entry-level professional practice and licensure. Over an 18-month period, the test sponsor partnered with numerous organizations to establish an Advisory Committee and Focus Groups, coordinate translation reviews, distribute a complex survey, and build industry confidence in the data collection process. The collaborative nature of the project extended into research and knowledge-sharing activities, as Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval was obtained, creating opportunities to publish findings, present outcomes, and contribute to the broader body of credentialing and workforce research.
