Michelle Chen is Director of the National Examining Board at the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association, where she leads national credentialing and examination programs. She has more than a decade of experience in assessment, certification, accreditation, and professional learning, including the development and delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy technician certification examinations. Michelle holds a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and has completed professional training in credentialing and strategic foresight. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, spin classes, and travelling.
